This documentary tells the story of the life of an actor who shone in his youth in Kiarostami’s film “The Traveler” and has now reached middle age. He was passionate about the world of art with all his heart and showed remarkable talent in the fields of music, poetry and theater, but unfortunately, for various reasons, he has been unable to continue and progress in these fields. Now his job is driving in a travel agency and he spends his days alone and tired, without seeing a ray of hope on the horizon of his life.
In the course of the story, he decides to travel to Tehran to perhaps arrange a meeting with Kiarostami, the director who introduced him to the world of cinema. But all his efforts fail and he cannot find a way to meet Kiarostami. Finally, he receives bitter news: his house has been burned down and he himself is hospitalized. The director rushes to the hospital to meet his oldest colleague, but his attempt also fails and he leaves the scene in despair.
