Film and Television Editor

Manouchehr Sanei, a film and television editor, was born in Tehran in 1983. He graduated in directing and began his career in film editing in 2003, editing short films and documentaries.
Sanei does not see editing as simply putting together shots, but rather as a journey through time and emotion; a search to find the hidden rhythm of meaning between the silence and movement of the image.
In his works, dramatic precision and structure are combined with artistic intuition and delicacy to create moments when the narrative reaches from the surface of the story to the depth of experience, where the image becomes a living and lasting truth.
