Javad Hashemi, a film director, actor, and producer, stating that an exciting documentary series about Brazil will soon be released on the home-video network, said: “I have applied to the Ministry of Culture and Islamic Guidance for a license for the Brazil documentary, but the publication permit for this work has not yet been issued.”

He continued: “This documentary series is undoubtedly a response to the rumors that have circulated in society and the press regarding the actors’ trip to Brazil to attend the 2014 FIFA World Cup.”

The director of the feature film “Octopus” added: “This documentary is exceptional in its kind, and it can simultaneously be considered a documentary, a narrative series, and a comedy. Fifteen top actors from Iranian cinema and television appear in this production.”

He stated that the Brazil documentary series will be released in five episodes on the home-video network, and explained: “Rumor Equals Controversy,” “Shorts,” “About Taghi,” “Having Fun,” and “The World Cup” are the titles of the five episodes of this series.
